Established in April 2015, Karma Animal Foundation (KAF) is a private, non-profit, non-governmental organization located in Gurgaon. The shelter is home to 100 rescued dogs, housed in 24 well-ventilated sheds and 4 container homes, with access to open playgrounds and grassy enclosures. These facilities provide a safe, healing environment for dogs who are old, abused, abandoned, injured, disabled, or orphaned.
KAF began in April 2015 with a simple act of feeding a few hungry dogs, which gradually grew into the need for a dedicated sanctuary. Along the way, we faced challenges such as public apathy and a lack of suitable medical boarding for dogs needing long-term care. Today, our mission is to offer safety, healing, and dignity to urban animals while working towards a future where every animal in need receives immediate help. We aim to foster a compassionate society through feeding, adoption, sterilization, and awareness.

So whether it’s home cooked nutritious meals; to exercising every dog; to their baths and anti-flea treatment; to keeping them cool in the summers and providing warm and cosy beds and coats in the winters, every detail is looked into for their over all well being.

WWe provides essential medical treatment and care to both rescued and street dogs under our care. Our team ensures every dog receives timely attention, recovery support, and a chance to a healthier life.
We spread awareness and instill compassion through community outreach and educational programs. We aim to build a more empathetic society for animals through knowledge and kindness.
